Romeo can best be described as "handsome." He's muscular, but not overly so. He has short, spiky blue hair that (unusually) has never been dyed. His eyes are bright blue, and have been said to have a warm glow. His fur is a darker black than Tourniquet's, and is well-kept and sleek. He does not look his part.

Usually, he wears a black blazer (armored underneath) and matching pants with a grey turtleneck. When out on the town for any reason (when he is dealing with gang business, he is not seen, so no one, NO ONE, knows what he looks like), he sometimes wears white instead of black. When he IS on gang business and outside of the BBT, he wears a spiked collar around his neck. In the daytime, he always has mirrored black sunglasses.

He also smokes, but his teeth remain pearly white.

+ You'd Better Run --

Not as vicious as Tourniquet but just as deadly, Romeo is hell with a gun in certain situations. Mostly he prefers to let his subordinates do his dirty work (at least those jobs that are not directly given to him by Tourniquet), but when it becomes necessary, he can cut down entire groups within a few seconds.

Despite his luscious appearance, he is not exactly comfortable around females other than Tourniquet. In fact, he gets a little nervous and embarrassed if they take a fancy to him. He CAN talk around them, especially when it's about business, but he prefers to stay quiet if there's nothing important to say. He does not make small talk.

He is usually very serene, and off the battlefield he projects a calming sort of aura.

+ Because With MY Record... --

Nicholas Turner was born to a single mother with money. Lots of it. She owned a mansion on a hill in a city nearby Akhtari, and worked as a civilian lawyer for those IN Akhtari. Mostly for gang members looking for a quick, clean way out of trouble. She also had an inheritance from Nicholas' deceased grandfather, whom May apparently loved very dearly and was supposedly killed by rival gang members. As much as May wanted revenge, she restrained herself for Nicholas, instead helping certain gangs that opposed those that killed her father.

Nicholas grew up in a normal life. He was a normal boy and wanted to join the military like many boys did. Graduating from highschool at eighteen years of age, he joined the military only months later. Years went by, and at 22 years old he was accepted into VIPER. He was not the strongest of them all, but he had the sharpest mind and could find his way out of many problems.

And then came Nathalie Kingston.

Nicholas was 24 at the time, and well-liked in the VIPER family. Nathalie, however, was disliked as soon as she made it in. She was so young, and they were all positive that she would not last a week. All except Nicholas. He saw something in her, something powerful and cool and calculating. Something, he was sure, that was a valuable asset to the team. He took her under his wing, teaching her her role and how to fit in. He was the sole reason she even eventually fit into the ranks of VIPER. They became good friends. However, it temporarily cost him Nicholas his dignity - the other guys on the team jokingly accused him of liking Nathalie, and began calling him Romeo since he already had good looks. It stuck.

After VIPER was disbanded, Romeo went back to his mother, who was by now aging gracefully. They had a good relationship and she took him back in, giving him a place to stay. He was clothed well, offered suits and tuxedos, but he preferred a simple open-blazer-and-sunglasses look.

He heard of the decease of one of the VIPER members from Tourniquet, who had kept in touch since they parted. At the funeral, he was surprised to hear her plan, but not opposed to it. He was the first to back her, and helped convince some of his other comrades to join the cause.

He was elevated to second-in-command, which did not surprise any of them. He was Tourniquet's best friend and one of the most deadly members of the team. He was the hands-down choice for the position, and no one thought otherwise. Besides, none of the others were up to the responsibility that came with the role.
