I was seeing these amazing templates by http://narutofreak123.deviantart.com/ and felt like doing something with them.
So... this is what I did.
I cut the interesting breeds loose and decided to make a stray dog pack. And I want YOU to pick & color a max. of 2 dogs for yourself. These HAVE to be a male ánd a female.
If you pick the female akita (below) I'd like for you to pick her brother too and vice versa.
They're kinda a team. It'd be nice to see them played together to ensure much communication between the two. You CAN take mother as a third, too, if you pick this combination.It also might be a good idea for the one who picks the papillion female to take the bullmastiff male too, they're a pair as well...
I haven't picked my own yet, either.
Once you pick a pair, post below to let everyone know which you chose, so we won't be colouring the same dogs. XD

About her: She's a fiesty girl, jealous, likes the males. She tries to get a high position in the pack and once claimed, she'll be sure to KEEP it. She can be sneaky, too, and is likely to take advantage of the naive, kind or smaller dogs if she can. However... she has a réal soft spot for puppies and will give her life for them. Plus she's very loyal to a chosen mate, once she finds one. He has to be rough and tough, though! Her best friend is Grigori though at times she tends to uses him to get what she wants much to his displeasure. She wasn't always the way she was. She tries to use Grigori to get away with things and is currently trying to kick Charlotte from female leader position so she herself can take it. Though she cares for Grigori, there are times when she forgets he's her dearest friend and hurts him. Very protective and loving to pups and wants some of her own. Her desire for pups is strong, enough for her to hog all the males so that she has all her options open. She even hogs Grigori and gets jealous when he's close to other females as she's posessive of their friendship. But she's just really insecure inside and afraid of rejection. Her greatest fear is being left alone. At times she will show her vulnerable side and confide in G and it is those times when she realizes how important her dear friend is to her. But her pride gets in the way of her caring at times and she will say things she doesn't mean to save her own image and keep up her reputation. Though not vain, she does like to look nice and will strut if she sees other females prettier than her. Has trouble getting along with Alana though G tries to get them to be friends. She doesn't like getting her paws dirty so she'll refrain from fighting at all costs unless another female insults her and then she'll jump into a cat fight (bitch fight?). Her rivals are Alana and Trixie mainly since they threaten her relationship with G as well as other males. She will go for males of either pack. That is until she finds the one for her..which will be kinda hard.

About him: The leader of one of the pack of stray dogs roaming the area. He's mature, calm, collected and acts like a brotherly figure to all. He's diplomatic and would rather try and talk out of an argument than resort to violence. Though he dislikes fighting, that doesn't mean he can't fight. He's no pushover. He's commonly known as just "G". G doesn't get angry often and is a go-with-the-flow kind of guy, laid back but will leap to action when the time calls for it. Considerate and caring to those in his group as well as to the members of the other stray dog group even though the two groups are competing for land and for resources. It's hard to stay angry or hate G as he's the kind of guy who is understanding, a person willing to listen to any worries or troubles. He's a funny guy and will crack jokes and be silly to make the situation better. He would love a mate though he is also fine if he doesn't find a girl for him. He is Lydia's best friend, they met when they were younger. G has noticed Lydia's personality has changed and so has her attitude towards him. He's noticed Lydia using him and his position more and he tries to talk some sense into her and it hurts him to see her going down the wrong path. Lydia unintentionally hurts him at times but G always forgives her but there are times when her behavior is very trying on his patience. G is loyal to his group but is protective of anyone who needs his help. He is leader material and makes sure his group is cared for before himself and he works along side Charlotte to make sure their group is satisfied. Though laid-back, G is very graceful and moves with flowing liquid movement. A very very fast runner and can out-race most of the dogs in both packs. His strength his is superb sense of balance. He's intelligence and reads body language with ease, thus he is able to see that he is liked by two females and sees males eyeing Lydia for just her body.

About her: Mercy is a very shy female. She's actually very strong, but doesn't dare to stand up for herself. She's often found in the company of the rough-and-tough acting males, but she won't let them take advantage of her; she just wants a shield. When they get too cocky or try something with her, she'll run and hide with the females. Has low self-esteem and is self-conscious and thinks being rough isn't attractive. She's not a pushover but sometimes she'll refuse to speak up or defend herself. She's often found hanging around Scott who is her completely opposite. She sticks close to Scott but when he's not around she can be found with Rosey and Soren. Mercy envies Rosey's personality and wishes she could be more like the smaller dog. Mercy is dependable though and when the time calls she proves that she can be a big hand in dealing with problems. Quiet and an introvert, she doesn't speak much unless she is addressed but otherwise she'll stay quiet. She actually has a small crush on G of the other dog group and hides behind Scott when the two groups bump into each other. She has quite a lot of strength for a female dog and her speed is average but she has good endurance. Her sense of smell is really good.

About him: Scott is a funny guy and very likeable due to his easygoing and accepting personality. Though 3 he still at times acts like a pup. He helps out with his group and is even friendly with the other stray dog group, he knows G and considers the Saluki a friend. Scott doesn't like how the two groups have to fight and wants both groups to live together and work together but he isn't stupid and knows that conflict will happen. He's outgoing and loud, loves to make people laugh and will make himself look stupid so that others will laugh at him. Though he doesn't like fighting, he will use his size and weight to get his point across when people are too stubborn or being just plain stupid. Scott will speak what's on his mind without hesitation and because of this he is perfect for Mercy to use as a shield as he outshines her. He's good friends with her and wishes for Mercy to be more assertive and tries to get her to speak more. He's not real fond of girls like Lydia and he makes it quite clear he's not too fond of her. Scott likes hanging out with bullmastiff Soren and papillion Rosey as he finds them funny to hang around with. He's leggy and sometimes clumsy due to his tall height. Sarcastic at times but overall a good guy though he can be blunt. Truth be told, Scott has a small crush on Trixie and makes a fool out of himself trying to impress her.

About him: Bosco likes to play rough and tough and he can be a nasty bastard too. He's cocky and confident, sometimes over-confident about his fighting abilities and will at times rush into something and then end up losing. But so far he is the most cunning of the three strays. He's banded together with two other stray males and together the three are trying to take over the second group of stray dogs that is currently leaderless. He's the one who gets all the ideas and wants to dominant others so he can feel good about himself. In a way he is a bully, thinking he can pick on the weak and get away with it. Bosco is not a nice guy and is quite rude although he can be charming to ladies, but of course that's only cuz he wants the ladies' bodies. When he first got together with the other two, they tried to take over G's pack. That failed miserably as G sent all three packing with ease. Bosco suggested their go for an easier target like the group with no leader and so that is their next plan of action. He likes females and likes to have his way with them. He'll charm and flirt with a girl just to get her to like him and all he'll do is mate them and then dump them. He wants pups to have his genes but then doesn't want pups cuz they'll be a hassle and he'll have to take responsibility for them which he doesn't want. He is scared of G as he got his ass kicked by the Saluki once already and is still sore about it but like the bully he is, once he meets someone who can beat him, he's a wimp in a big body.
Bosco used to be owned by humans, thus explaining his chain collar, cropped ears and docked tail. He got kicked out when he raped a female dog that the humans were trying to selectively breed. The humans got pissed off at him and chased him out of the village. He has been a stray ever since and has being bullying his way through. He met two other stray males and decides to team up with them to get together a large pack with lots of women.

About him: This guy is cocky, happy-go-lucky and very energetic. He likes to show off and tends to pick a fight to show off how strong he is. However, if he messes with the big guys and gets his butt kicked, he's véry sore about that.
He dreams of rank, of being populair with the ladies. He doesn't intend to pick a mate; he intends to mate them all. Not a family guy, but besides his need to show off and be the big tough guy, he's honest and nice if he's not trying to look good.

Breed: Husky Malamute Mix (original says Norwegian Elkhound)
About her: This female has wisdom beyond her years, being through quite a lot (you pick what!). She's the one who guards the social bounderies in the pack, making sure everbody gets along and always being the one to stop fights when the elder shepherd mix (as alpha female) is not. While she has little ambition to be highranked, she's very respected, even though she's really not that big a dog or that strong. She keeps very much to herself. Being a very pretty girl, many males adore her, but she keeps them off, afraid as she is to be hurt... but a part of her longs for a soulmate.

They are from the same litter. And of course, charlette being the more wise of the two while her brother is the more energetic and rambunctious one. Charlette has to keep him in line most of the time, but she knows he doesn't mean any harm. And with Frankfurt, he always wants to go by his nickname frankie cause he just LOATHES being called by his full name. And just to tease him charlette uses his full name when she's lecturing or 'scolding' him. I'm gonna stay pretty close to the personality that you wrote for him, but also to the fact that the 'one' female my strike a chord inside him, and he may just end up with a mate. And back to charlette, I'm gonna be pretty much spot on with what you wrote out for her.

His sister likes to tease him a lot, but he knows that she's only doing this to bump up his courage. He did have his eyes set on one particular female. The Alana girl from the rival pack. She had struck an interest in him when he caught a glimpse of her as she dashed quickly through the forest, and its been tying a knot inside him so tight he couldn't think straight. The one female that he could actually, probably connect with, and she wasn't even in the same pack! What's wrong with him? His sister will never let him down for this!

One particular male has her eye, and that was G. Not only because of his high ranking, but the fact that he was kind, gentle, and was very mature for his age. She always tried to be around him, just to talk about random things or to just get to know him better, but his best friend Lydia always tried to run her off. One day.. he will be hers..

About him: Schaduw is part of a trio of lone males that have banded together in seek of the same treasure, TROUBLE, and GIRLS. Him and the other two boys like going back and forth between the two packs attempting to lure some girls out so they can have their 'fun'. But also they found out that one of them only has a little pipsqueak of an alpha which they could easily take over if they wanted to. They really have no set 'leader' per say, as everything they do is equal fun. Schaduw has this 'way' with the girls, the way he seduces them to bow down to his every wish. They way they bow down to his feet and wish to fulfill his every desire. There is no question why he is known as De Verleider!

About her: She's a midsized dog, and the result of many generations of straydogs creating a dog which is suited for life both in the wild as in towns and villages.
She's pretty fast, but lacks strength to defend herself against the bigger dogs, so she often needs that speed to get her out of trouble.
She's been a loner for quite a while and was the last to join the pack of stray dogs, out of sheer neccessity. She was too young and inexperienced to hunt, steal or eat scraps very succesfully and would have starved on her own... that's why she, reluctantly, joined.
She got into trouble with the Spitz female right the very first day and can't get along with her at ALL, since she doesn't accept other females to dominate her... She can be snappy, agressive even when challenged by her own sex.
Except for that, she has lost quite a bit of her selfesteem when she found out she couldn't survive on her own. It bothers her to no end.
But that doesn't make her a pushover; she won't take crap from anyone.
A big flaw of hers is that she turns into a real floozy when heat occurs, meaning her litters will most likely have several fathers if a male doesn't make sure to claim her for his own and keep watch of her 24/7....

About him: He is still a young male, but he has the wisdom of an elder one. Being owned by humans, his ears where cropped. He was meant to be used to impress burgulars, but proved to be too gentle and then escaped.
He will only fight if he must, despite his rough exterior. He's usually quite calm and mellow, but he had very playful outbursts, sometimes acting like a young pup.
He can't deal with the bolder males who tend to show off. He simply doesn't really now how to respond to them, and thus they can sometimes make fun of him behind his back without him really realizing it.
However, they shouldn't try to be cocky enough to challenge him openly or mock him in his face....
The ladies are a big weakness for him. They can shamelessly take advantage of him to a certain point and he'll let them. He's one who'd be bitten by a girl and just take it, without doing a thing back, until it gets to much.

About her: Don't let size fool you. This little, young girl is full of live, smart, and knowns how to handle herself amongst the big dogs. She's a kindhearted spirit, but nobody will take advantage of her! She's not afraid to snap a bigger dog's nose if need be.
She's protected by the big bullmastiff male, he has a soft spot for her.
She takes live as it comes. She likes puppies, but has no real plans for her future just yet.

He's an honest guy, a good listener and a make-love-not-war kind of guy. Mellow, sweet... and easy to trust.

He just hasn't learned to keep his cool and pick his fights just yet, so he's bound to get in trouble with other strong guys from time to time, even with those he cannot win from, busting up his ego. He hopes to impress a pretty female (or two... or three) and sire a few littlers of pups one day; the idea of having puppies running around who carry his genes makes him réally proud.
